Pèlerin Palace, Luxury Private Residences
Dating back to the 1800s, The Pèlerin Palace was a former hotel which was completely restored and transformed into 22 luxurious residences. The mansion’s walls, original beams, mirrors and paneling were restored to reflect the original Belle Époque ambiance, designed by the renowned BBG-BBGM, the company behind many internationally-acclaimed developments.
In the proximity of Lausanne, The Pèlerin Palace is located in the exceptional setting of the Swiss Riviera in Mont-Pèlerin, which offers owners easy access to the beauty and tranquillity of the region. The residences are nestled amongst the UNESCO-protected vineyards of Lavaux and surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Alps and Lake Geneva. It is just one hour away from Geneva International Airport and 30 minutes from the private airports of Lausanne and Bex.
These residences vary from 200sqm to over 400sqm living space. All of the 22 residences have wide and generous windows that offer exceptional views of Lake Geneva, and feature outdoor access to terraces, balconies and, on the lower floors, to private gardens. After a meticulous restoration, The Pèlerin Palace has been returned to the exact standards set during the days of the Belle Époque.
The Pèlerin Palace offers exceptional living, with a number of amenities.
